The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-06 Pressure Regulator (GR20006LJF1) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR20006LJF1 is a low-pressure type air pressure regulator from the G-series GR family. It regulates downstream air pressure only - no filtration and no lubrication. This configuration has a 1/8 in PT port, an embedded square pressure gauge reading in MPa, and no mounting bracket (J), so it is mounted directly in the line or to a panel. As an L-type regulator its set-pressure range goes up to 0.4 MPa. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the service temperature range is -20 to 70 C.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR range covers sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port, thread (PT standard, G and NPT options), gauge scale, bracket and check-valve variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

| Pressure type | Low-pressure type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |

| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |

| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Gives the soft-clamp circuit of a CNC workholding fixture its own gentle, repeatable pressure so delicate parts are held without shifting, read on the local MPa gauge.
Feeds the low-pressure hold-down and release jets along a packaging conveyor, set independently from the main header so lighter packs are not disturbed.
Provides a controlled low-pressure purge feed to an electrical or process enclosure, holding the setpoint below the supply so the purge stays gentle and constant.
Confirm the port first: this 200-size code is a 1/8 in PT unit; choose GR300, GR400 or GR600 for larger lines or higher air demand. This is the L (low-pressure) type, appropriate where settings stay at or below 0.4 MPa. The J code omits the bracket, so plan direct piping or panel mounting - GR bodies are panel-mountable. The F1 suffix means an embedded square gauge in MPa; round gauges and psi/bar scales are on other codes. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
No single rated flow is quoted, because AirTAC publishes GR regulator flow as curves. Tell us your line size and air consumption and we will confirm the datasheet figures and whether this 1/8 in size suits your application on request.
The L code marks the low-pressure type: its set-pressure range tops out at 0.4 MPa, while the standard GR adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa. Use this version only where the process pressure stays low; otherwise pick a standard-type code.
