The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-08 Pressure Regulator (GR20008C1G) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20008C1G is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator in the 200 size with a G1/4 (BSPP) parallel thread port, ordered as the G thread option instead of the PT standard. The C1 suffix adds an external round gauge on the MPa scale for direct reading of the downstream setting. It regulates compressed air across the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and contains no filter, no bowl and no lubricator. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C.
The G-series regulator family runs from 200 to 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in. to 1 in. in PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, with embedded square gauges, low-pressure (L) and check-valve (K) options available. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Drop straight into control panels and manifolds built to G (BSPP) port standards, providing regulated branch pressure with a locally readable MPa gauge.
Regulate the air supply to pneumatic ball valve and damper actuators on a process skid, holding a steady setting to the positioners and solenoid valves.
Fit at a 1/4 in. workshop drop or hose reel outlet so technicians can dial in and read the working pressure for hand-held pneumatic tools and small fixtures.
Decode decisions here: the G suffix selects the G1/4 BSPP thread - choose a plain code for PT or a T code for NPT to match your pipework; the 200 size carries the 1/4 in. port, so step to 300/400/600 where more flow is needed; gauge codes are blank (embedded square, MPa), C/F (external round or square, scale 1 MPa / 2 psi / 3 bar) or N (none); J deletes the bracket, K adds a check valve, L selects the 0.4 MPa low-pressure type. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so let us confirm sizing against the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number to quote here. Send us your flow, inlet pressure and set pressure and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request.
PT is the standard thread on the G-series, while G (BSPP parallel) and T (NPT) are catalogue thread options you order by code. The G suffix simply gives you a BSPP G1/4 port so the unit screws directly into panels piped to that standard.
