The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-08 Pressure Regulator (GR20008C3K) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR200-08C3K is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator: it does one job only, holding a steady downstream pressure off your compressed-air supply. There is no filter, no drain bowl and no lubricator in this unit, so it belongs after filtration in the line. This configuration is the size 200 body with PT1/4 ports, the standard regulating type, a round external pressure gauge reading in bar, and a built-in reverse (check) valve from the K suffix. The regulating range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) against a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature is -20 to 70 C, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series regulator range runs from size 200 to size 600 with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, G (BSPP) and NPT threads as order options, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, a low-pressure L type, and the reverse-valve option shown here. AirTAC publishes flow as performance curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing or request the datasheet for your operating point.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Hold a stable clamp pressure on the pneumatic clamps of a CNC machining fixture so workholding force stays consistent through every cycle and every plant-air swing.
Regulate the supply feeding pusher and forming cylinders on a packaging conveyor so stroke timing does not wander as header pressure moves around.
Set a fixed working pressure at the drop feeding hand tools and small actuators in a manual assembly cell, with the bar gauge read at a glance during shift checks.
Size 200 with 1/4 in ports is the compact end of the GR range; if your demand sits above what the GR200 curve delivers at an acceptable pressure drop, step up to a GR300-10 or GR400-15 rather than stretching the small body. Pick the gauge by the scale your team reads daily - this code carries a round external gauge in bar, and MPa or psi scales are available elsewhere in the series. The K option adds a reverse (check) valve; choose the plain code if you do not need one. PT thread is the standard on this listing, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options, and a bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves and not one rated figure, send us your flow and pressure targets and we will confirm the correct size against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so quoting one number here would be misleading. Send us your expected flow with upstream and downstream pressures and we will read the correct point from the datasheet and confirm the size before you order.
C3 is the gauge code: C is a round external pressure gauge and 3 is the bar scale (1 is MPa, 2 is psi). K means a reverse (check) valve is built into this regulator. Leave either suffix out when ordering if you want a different gauge scale or no check valve, and N in the gauge position deletes the gauge entirely.
