The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-08 Pressure Regulator (GR20008F1K) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR20008F1K is a pure air pressure regulator from the G series: it reduces and holds a stable downstream pressure from your compressed air supply, with no filtering or lubrication function. This 200-size unit has a PT1/4 port, the embedded square pressure gauge on the MPa scale, and a reverse (check) valve fitted so downstream pressure is held if the supply side drops. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and operating temperature is -20 to 70 C.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family runs from size 200 up to 600, with larger port sizes, G (BSPP) or NPT thread options, an optional low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa, a no-gauge variant, and a no-bracket variant. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold a fixed clamping pressure on a small bench pneumatic press so parts are formed consistently, with the check valve holding the set pressure if the supply line dips mid-cycle.
Feed a 1/4" branch line serving gripper cylinders on a robotic assembly cell, keeping actuation pressure stable and independent of the main header pressure.
Regulate the pilot air feeding solenoid valves and positioners on a process skid, with the MPa gauge giving a direct readout of set pilot pressure.
Step up through the GR sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) as your port size and air demand grow - this unit sits at 200 size with a 1/4" PT port. Choose the gauge scale you want to read: 1 = MPa on this model, 2 = psi, 3 = bar. The K option adds a reverse/check valve; leave it off if backflow is not a concern. PT thread is standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options, and a no-bracket (J) version if you do not need the mounting bracket. GR is also panel-mountable. Flow for regulators is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator performance as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet and flow curve so you can check sizing before ordering.
F is the square embedded pressure gauge and the digit after it is the scale: 1 = MPa, 2 = psi, 3 = bar. K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, which holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost. Codes without K have no check valve.
