The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-08 Pressure Regulator (GR20008JF1) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR20008JF1 is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator in the size 200 frame with a PT1/4 port. It does one job only: reducing and holding downstream compressed-air pressure, adjustable across the 0.05-0.9 MPa range, with no filtration and no lubrication in the body. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the filter and lubricator families. This version carries the embedded square pressure gauge with MPa scale and omits the mounting bracket (J code).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series regulator range runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, in standard or low-pressure types, with PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT as catalogue options, plus optional bracket, optional reverse/check valve and square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold the downstream pressure that determines the clamping or forming force of an air-cylinder press, so each stroke works to the same setting.
Feed a stable reduced pressure to the gripper and sealing actuators on a carton or blister line, isolated from swings in the shop-air header.
Drop header pressure to the atomising pressure the spray gun is set up for at the point of use, with the MPa gauge giving a direct setting reference.
Size 200 with a 1/4 inch port is the entry step of the G-series; step up to size 300, 400 or 600 when the connected cylinders or valve train draw more air, since port and capacity grow together. Choose the gauge scale to match your plant standard: MPa on this model (code F1), psi (F2) or bar (F3); order GR20008JN if you prefer to fit your own gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G and NPT as orderable options. The J code means no mounting bracket, and the K suffix adds a reverse/check valve where backflow protection is required.
Flow for the G-series is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your line pressure, set pressure and demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as characteristic curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote one figure here. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the datasheet curve and sizing on request.
F is the square embedded pressure gauge and 1 is the MPa scale. F2 reads psi and F3 reads bar, so you can match the gauge to your plant standard. Order GR20008JN if you would rather run the regulator without a gauge and use your own.
