The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-08 Pressure Regulator (GR20008JF1K) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR20008JF1K is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator in the size 200 frame with a PT1/4 port and a built-in reverse (check) valve, coded K. It reduces and holds downstream compressed-air pressure, adjustable across the 0.05-0.9 MPa range, with no filtration and no lubrication in the body. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C. This version carries the embedded square pressure gauge with MPa scale and omits the mounting bracket (J code).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series regulator range runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, in standard or low-pressure types, with PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT as catalogue options, plus optional bracket, optional check valve and square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Hold the reduced pressure on a machine-tool clamping fixture so the clamps keep their force even if the main supply is shut off at the end of a shift.
Regulate the supply to pick-and-place gripper cylinders on a robot cell, with the check valve helping retain circuit pressure during supply interruptions.
Feed a fixed reduced pressure to pneumatic valve positioners and pilot actuators on a process skid, isolated from header pressure swings.
Size 200 with a 1/4 inch port suits compact actuator circuits; move to size 300, 400 or 600 where demand is higher. The K suffix is the real choice here: it fits a reverse/check valve so that downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is vented or lost, which matters on circuits that must not dump their setting. Gauge scale is MPa on this F1 unit, with psi (F2) and bar (F3) alternatives and the gauge-free JN option. Thread is PT as standard, with G and NPT as orderable options, and the J code omits the bracket.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so share your line pressure, set pressure and demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as characteristic curves rather than one rated figure, so we do not state a number here. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and demand, and we will confirm the datasheet curve and correct size on request.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held against backflow if the upstream supply is vented or interrupted. The same regulator without the K code, GR20008JF1, has no check valve. Gauge scale, thread and bracket choices decode exactly as on the standard unit.
