The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-08 Pressure Regulator (GR20008JN) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR20008JN is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator in the size 200 frame with a PT1/4 port. It reduces and holds downstream compressed-air pressure, adjustable across the 0.05-0.9 MPa range, with no filtration and no lubrication in the body. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C. The N code means this unit is supplied without a pressure gauge, and the J code omits the mounting bracket, giving the leanest configuration in the family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series regulator range runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, in standard or low-pressure types, with PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT as catalogue options, plus optional bracket, optional reverse/check valve and square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Regulate the branch feeding a machine's valve manifold where the setpoint is read on the panel's own instrumentation rather than on the unit.
Set a fixed reduced pressure to hold-down cylinders and belts on a packaging conveyor line that is adjusted once during commissioning.
Fit at a maintenance drop point to give technicians a stable reduced supply for air tools and jigs, using the shop's own pressure readout.
Size 200 with a 1/4 inch port is the entry step of the G-series; size 300, 400 or 600 covers higher demand. The N code is the key choice here: no gauge is fitted, which suits panels where the setpoint is read on a separate instrument or set once and left; choose JF1, JF2 or JF3 instead if you want the embedded square gauge scaled in MPa, psi or bar. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as orderable options, the J code omits the bracket, and a K suffix would add a reverse/check valve.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your line pressure, set pressure and demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as characteristic curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state a number here. Share your inlet pressure, set pressure and demand, and we will confirm the datasheet curve and sizing on request.
N means the regulator is supplied without a pressure gauge; the J means no mounting bracket is included. If you want the embedded square gauge instead, the same regulator is available as GR20008JF1 (MPa), GR20008JF2 (psi) or GR20008JF3 (bar), and a K suffix adds a reverse/check valve.
