The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-08 Pressure Regulator (GR20008JNT) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR20008JNT is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator for compressed air, built in the compact 200 size with a 1/4 in NPT thread (the T code). It is the standard-pressure type: the setting range is 0.05-0.9 MPa and the maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). The N code means no gauge is fitted, the J code means no mounting bracket is included, and there is no reverse valve in this code. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C (non-freezing).
The GR family regulates pressure only - it contains no filter and no bowl, so pair it with a GF filter or GFR filter regulator upstream where water and particles must be removed. AirTAC builds the same regulator in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, in low-pressure (L) versions, with the optional check valve (K), and with G (BSPP) or PT thread options. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm datasheet and flow figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Regulate the air feeding gate and stopper cylinders on a bottling conveyor so indexing stays consistent across the run.
Provide regulated air to the vacuum ejector on a pick-and-place robot head, with the NPT port matching US panel fittings.
Set a stable, preset pressure for palletiser pusher cylinders on a distribution line piped throughout with NPT fittings.
The 200 size with its 1/4 in NPT port suits US-standard 1/4 in drop lines; step up to the 300, 400 or 600 body when the port or the demand grows. This code carries no gauge (N) and no bracket (J) - other codes include them, and the GR can also be panel-mounted. If you need downstream pressure held through a supply interruption, choose a K-code variant instead. Thread alternatives are standard PT or G (BSPP). Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your line size and demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR performance as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so no single number applies across all inlet pressures and settings. Tell us your supply pressure, set pressure and demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The trailing T code specifies an NPT port, which is the right match for US-standard 1/4 in pipework and fittings. Leave the thread position blank for the standard PT port, or order the G variant for BSPP threads - each is a catalogue option, not a delivery term.
