The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-08 Pressure Regulator (GR20008LF3) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR20008LF3 is a genuine AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: pressure regulation only, with no bowl, no filter grade and no oil mist in this unit. It is a size 200 body with a 1/4 inch PT thread, the low-pressure type (L) adjustable up to 0.4 MPa, and it carries an embedded square gauge scaled in bar. The blank bracket position means the mounting bracket is included. Working medium is compressed air; operating temperature is -20 to 70 C.
This is a catalogue AirTAC part. Across the GR range you can move to sizes 300, 400 and 600 for larger ports, order G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and choose MPa- or psi-scale gauges or no gauge at all. Because flow is published as curves and not one rated number, ask us to confirm flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Drop in a point-of-use regulator on imported packaging or printing machinery whose pneumatic drawings are specified in bar, keeping the panel readouts consistent with the OEM documentation.
Feed low-pressure air take-offs for doors, tail-lifts or test rigs in a vehicle body shop, setting gentle pressures on a compact 1/4 inch drop mounted on the included bracket.
Trim sparging, purging or actuator air on a pilot plant skid that runs at low settings, with the bar-scale square gauge letting engineers record setpoints directly in process units.
Match the size to your pipe and demand: 200 with a 1/4 inch PT port here, stepping to GR300/400/600 when the flow call grows. The L code sets this as the low-pressure type with adjustment up to 0.4 MPa; choose a standard GR for higher setpoints up to 0.9 MPa. This unit's square gauge reads in bar (F3), a natural fit for European-drawn machinery panels; F1 and F2 give MPa and psi. Thread is PT as the standard on this code, with G and NPT as order options, and the bracket is included. Flow appears only as curves in the datasheet - ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
There is no single rated flow figure for this regulator - AirTAC publishes capacity as flow curves. Tell us your supply pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the flow figures for the GR20008LF3 from the datasheet on request.
The suffix after F sets the scale of the embedded square gauge: F3 reads in bar, F2 in psi and F1 in MPa. All three are the same low-pressure (L) regulator, size 200 with a 1/4 inch PT port - pick the scale your operators and drawings use.
