The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-08 Pressure Regulator (GR20008LF3K) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR series is AirTAC's air pressure regulator family: it reduces and holds a steady downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply, with no filtration and no bowl anywhere in the body. GR20008LF3K is the size 200 unit with a PT1/4 taper port. The L marks the low-pressure type, whose set pressure tops out at 0.4 MPa; the K marks a built-in reverse (check) valve that lets downstream air vent back upstream when supply is cut; the J means no mounting bracket is supplied; and F3 gives an embedded square pressure gauge scaled in bar.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family is rated for compressed air at up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet and -20 to 70 C, and comes in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 for larger ports and more flow, with optional brackets, square or round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, a reverse-valve option, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads as catalogue alternatives to standard PT. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and the datasheet for your application.

| Pressure type | Low-pressure type |
| Bracket | Fixing bracket included |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — square, bar scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a gentle, repeatable holding pressure on the air line feeding a benchtop pneumatic press that clamps workpieces during drilling or riveting operations.
Regulate shop air down to a low, stable level for lab apparatus such as pneumatic sample conveyors or instrument purge and actuation lines.
Hold a reduced set pressure on the cylinders of a carton-forming or labelling station where full header pressure would slam the mechanisms.
Match size and port to the line: this size 200 unit carries a PT1/4 port, while 300/400/600 step up in port and capacity - check the step against your flow curve. The L in this code means the low-pressure type, regulating up to 0.4 MPa; if you need the full standard GR range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), order a code without the L. Choose the gauge scale you want (square or round, MPa, psi or bar), decide whether the reverse/check valve (K) is needed, and pick PT as standard or G/NPT as ordered thread options; J means no bracket. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR performance as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and required flow, and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves on request.
L marks the low-pressure type, whose regulated set pressure tops out at 0.4 MPa instead of the standard GR range of 0.05-0.9 MPa. F3 means the embedded square gauge is scaled in bar; C codes give round gauges and the digits 1, 2 and 3 select MPa, psi or bar.
