The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-08 Pressure Regulator (GR20008LJN) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/4" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20008LJN is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator for compressed air only, in the low-pressure type: outlet pressure is adjustable up to 0.4 MPa, making it suitable for circuits that run well below full line pressure. The 200 size carries a PT1/4 port. The N in the gauge position means this unit is supplied without a pressure gauge, and the J means no mounting bracket is included.
This is a regulation-only unit: no filter element, no drain bowl and no lubricator are built in. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, and the 200 size is the most compact step in the G series, which continues through 300, 400 and 600 with larger ports and greater flow capacity. Because flow data is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Supplies reduced-pressure air to hold-down and guide rollers on a conveyor line, where product surfaces need light, consistent contact pressure rather than full line pressure.
Regulates the low-pressure air feeding thread-guiding air jets on a weaving or winding machine, keeping jet pressure low enough to avoid disturbing delicate yarn.
Drops bench-side air to a lower, safer working pressure at a maintenance bench where hoses and blowguns are used close to the operator.
This is the PT1/4 port in the 200 size; if your circuit needs more air than the 200-size curve supports, move up to the 300, 400 or 600 series rather than undersizing one unit. The L type adjusts up to 0.4 MPa, so pick a standard GR if your setpoint sits above that. With no gauge fitted here, you can mount your own downstream gauge or order a version with the embedded square gauge (C or F plus a 1/2/3 scale code) if you want a built-in readout. The J means you arrange your own mounting; a version without the J includes the optional bracket. Thread is standard PT; G (BSPP) and T (NPT) are available as catalogue options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC does not publish a single rated flow figure for the G series; capacity is shown as flow curves across inlet pressures and setpoints. Tell us your line pressure, required setpoint and air consumption, and we will confirm the curve data and datasheet for this 200-size, PT1/4 regulator on request so you can size it correctly.
The letters decode the fit-out. N means no gauge is supplied and J means no mounting bracket is included; add a gauge code (round C or square F with a 1/2/3 scale) or drop the J to change those. All versions of this code remain low-pressure types adjustable up to 0.4 MPa with a PT1/4 port in the 200 size.
