The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-08 Pressure Regulator (GR20008NK) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20008NK is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator for compressed air only. It reduces and holds a steady downstream pressure across the standard adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the K suffix means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply dips. The N suffix means no gauge is supplied. It decodes to size 200 with PT1/4 (1/4 inch PT) ports and, with no bracket code, a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, and pressure loss through the regulator is low.
This is a genuine AirTAC part, not a copy or a substitute. The GR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 inch to 1 inch and PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, in standard or low-pressure types, with gauge options and the reverse valve. AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Regulates the clamp circuit of a small pneumatic press, with the reverse valve holding downstream pressure on the workpiece if the shop air supply momentarily drops.
Feeds the vacuum-free gripper cylinders on a palletizer, keeping a firm, regulated grip on cartons even when the shared plant air header fluctuates.
Supplies regulated air to pneumatic clamping fixtures on a machining fixture, where a loss of upstream pressure must not release the clamps mid-operation.
Size 200 with a 1/4 inch port suits compact 1/4 inch circuits; step up to GR300/400/600 if your line or air demand is larger. The standard type adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa, and this code carries the K option, so pick it over the plain GR20008N whenever an upstream pressure drop, such as another machine drawing heavily on the same header, would otherwise let your downstream setting sag. The L low-pressure type (up to 0.4 MPa) exists if your setpoint sits below the standard range. No gauge is supplied under the N code; a square embedded gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar can be specified.
Thread is PT as the standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options. AirTAC publishes flow for the GR series as curves, not a single rated number, so ask us to confirm sizing against the application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as performance curves across inlet pressures and setpoints rather than as a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your inlet pressure, setpoint and demand, and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted in the regulator. If the upstream supply pressure falls below the downstream setting, the valve prevents backflow, so the regulated downstream pressure is held instead of bleeding back toward the supply. The rest of the decode is standard type, 0.05-0.9 MPa adjustment, no gauge, 1/4 inch PT ports.
