The AirTAC AirTAC GR300-15 Pressure Regulator (GR30015C1) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR30015C1 is a standard-type air pressure regulator from the G series, size 300, with a 1/2 in PT thread as the standard connection. It regulates downstream pressure over 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) and, under the C1 code, carries an external round pressure gauge with an MPa scale for direct local indication. It performs regulation only - no filtration, no drain bowl and no lubrication. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part, supplied with a mounting bracket as standard. The GR family covers sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a full port ladder and PT, G (BSPP) or NPT thread options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm exact flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On the 1/2 in header feeding a bottling line's air-knife drying station, the GR30015C1 sets the blow-off pressure while the round MPa gauge gives operators a visible reference at the panel.
On a cartoning line's case-erector air drop, the regulator holds the pressure for cylinder-driven flap folding and the external gauge lets technicians verify the setting during changeovers.
On a laboratory building's instrument-air manifold, the regulator steps bulk supply down to a fixed lab pressure, with the MPa round gauge giving a quick visual check without a handheld instrument.
For this regulator the meaningful choices are the gauge, the size/port step and the thread. The C1 code fits the optional external round gauge with an MPa scale - if you prefer psi or bar readings, order with scale code 2 or 3, or take the embedded square gauge instead. This unit is size 300 with a 1/2 in PT port, a sensible step for headers and main drops needing more flow than 3/8 in circuits; sizes 400 and 600 go larger. A mounting bracket is included, and the body can also be panel-mounted. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT as catalogue options.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
There is no single rated flow figure: AirTAC publishes GR-series performance as flow curves that depend on inlet pressure, set pressure and porting. Give us those three values and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request.
C stands for the external round pressure gauge and 1 is the MPa scale. Order scale 2 for psi or 3 for bar if that suits your site, or drop the gauge code entirely for an ungauged unit. The embedded square gauge is the other catalogue option.
