The AirTAC AirTAC GR300-15 Pressure Regulator (GR30015F3K) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR30015F3K is a compressed-air pressure regulator from the G series, size 300 with a 1/2 in PT port. It reduces and holds a steady downstream pressure, adjustable 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). This configuration carries an embedded square gauge scaled in bar plus a built-in reverse (check) valve, allowing downstream air to back-flow through the unit so the circuit can exhaust on the upstream side.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, gauge scale, check-valve option and optional G (BSPP) or NPT thread versions; brackets are optional and the unit can also be panel-mounted. Because published flow data is given as curves rather than a single rating, we confirm the flow figure and full datasheet for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Regulate supply to quarter-turn pneumatic actuators on a process manifold, with the check valve letting the actuator side vent through the unit.
Hold steady pressure on diverter and pusher cylinders along a sortation conveyor, allowing upstream exhaust when the section vents.
Trim and hold grip pressure on pneumatic robot grippers so delicate parts are handled at a repeatable setting.
Pick size 300 for 1/2 in pipework needing more flow headroom than size 200; larger sizes 400 and 600 cover bigger lines. This code combines the bar-scaled square gauge with the K reverse-valve option - if your circuit never needs to vent through the regulator, the non-K variant is the simpler choice. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT versions are catalogue options. Add a bracket or specify panel mounting to suit the install.
Output is adjustable 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) and the temperature range is -20 to 70 C (non-freezing). Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing from the datasheet against your inlet and set pressures before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes flow for this regulator as curves rather than one rated number, so we do not quote a single figure. Share your inlet pressure, set pressure and demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
Choose K when the downstream circuit must be able to exhaust back through the regulator - for example where the actuator side vents through the unit rather than via its own dump valve. Without K, the regulator blocks reverse flow. Both versions regulate identically in the forward direction.
