The AirTAC AirTAC GR300-15 Pressure Regulator (GR30015LN) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/2" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR30015LN is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator performing regulation only - it contains no filter, no drain bowl and no lubricator. This is the low-pressure (L) type with an adjustment range up to 0.4 MPa, for circuits whose working setpoint stays low. The 15 port is PT1/2 (BSPT standard), the N suffix deletes the pressure gauge, and with no bracket letter in the code the mounting bracket is included as standard for wall or frame mounting.
It is one of the AirTAC G-series regulators in sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8" to 1". Bracketless, gaugeless and round- or square-gauge variants with MPa, psi or bar scales, plus PT (standard), G or NPT threads, are datasheet options we confirm on request along with the flow curves. Temperature range is -20 to 70 C (non-freezing); max inlet pressure 1.0 MPa (145 psi).

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On water-treatment and irrigation skids, pneumatic actuators on control valves run from a regulated branch. Mounted on the frame with its bracket, this regulator holds a low, steady actuator pressure regardless of header swings.
On a production line blow-off station, the regulator sets the low working pressure for air knives and nozzles so packaging surfaces are cleaned gently, while the bracket fixes the unit beside the manifold.
Loom and spinning machines use low-pressure air for threading, cleaning and actuation. A bracket-mounted regulator at each machine keeps that circuit stable and independent of the factory ring-main pressure.
Size by the ladder, not by eye: GR200 to GR600 raise port and flow capacity step by step, so match the 1/2" PT port and G300 body to your line and demand, then confirm against the published flow curves - AirTAC states flow as curves rather than a single rating, and we will verify the datasheet figures on request. Keep the L low-pressure type only if your setpoint stays at or below 0.4 MPa; the standard GR covers 0.05-0.9 MPa. This code includes the mounting bracket and omits the gauge (N); if you want local indication, order the C (round) or F (square) gauge version, and remember PT is standard with G and NPT threads orderable.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
Flow for this series is published as characteristic curves, not as a single rated figure, so we will not quote one here. Give us your inlet pressure, the downstream setpoint and the air consumption of the connected equipment, and we will confirm from the datasheet curves that the G300 with 1/2" PT ports is correctly sized before you order.
GR30015LN includes the mounting bracket (no J in the code) and has no pressure gauge (N); the LJN version omits the bracket, and C or F variants add a round or square gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales. The L marks the low-pressure type, adjustable up to 0.4 MPa - for higher setpoints choose the standard GR type with its 0.05-0.9 MPa range. Threads are PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT orderable.
