The AirTAC AirTAC GR300-15 Pressure Regulator (GR30015N) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR300 series is a standalone compressed-air pressure regulator: it reduces and holds downstream pressure only, with no filtration, no bowl and no lubrication. GR30015N is the 300 size with a 1/2 in PT thread, standard pressure type, supplied without a gauge and with a mounting bracket included. Adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature is -20 to 70 C.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series runs in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G and NPT threads as catalogue options; GR units can also be panel-mounted. Flow is published as characteristic curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Settling a stable 1/2 in supply feeding clamp and tooling actuators around a robotic weld cell, keeping downstream pressure steady as upstream demand fluctuates.
Regulating the compressed-air feed to a carton sealing line so cylinder speeds and bag-clamp forces stay consistent across every shift.
Dropping main shop air to the set pressure required by a pneumatic vise or fixture clamps on a CNC milling centre.
Step up through GR200, GR300 and GR400 as your port and air demand grow - the 300 size with a 1/2 in PT port suits medium plant drops and machine supplies. Choose a variant with the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scale if you need local indication; the N code here means no gauge. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order, and a bracket is included.
Because AirTAC publishes regulator flow only as curves and not as a single rated figure, send us your supply pressure, set pressure and demand and we will confirm the correct size against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as characteristic curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your supply pressure, set pressure and expected demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request.
N is the gauge code: this unit is supplied without a pressure gauge. If you want local pressure indication you can order a GR variant with the embedded square gauge or the external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scale instead.
