The AirTAC AirTAC GR400-10 Pressure Regulator (GR40010JF1) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR40010JF1 is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator in the GR400 size. It reduces and holds downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply, with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range and a 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet. J means it is supplied without a mounting bracket, and F1 fits the square pressure gauge with an MPa scale. The 10 port position decodes to PT3/8. As a GR unit it is a regulator only: there is no filter bowl, no filtration element and no lubricator in this body.
The GR series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch; PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT are catalogue options to order. Gauges are available in square or round style with MPa, psi or bar scale, brackets are optional, and a reverse check valve (K) can be ordered. GR works from -20 to 70 C and has low pressure loss. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Trim the pressure feeding air tables, jets and blowoff nozzles so delicate parts are moved without scattering, with the square MPa gauge giving the operator a direct setpoint readout.
Regulate the branch feeding ejector cylinders and part-blow functions on a stamping or forming press, keeping ejection pressure independent of header fluctuation.
Feed filler and capper actuators at a controlled pressure so gates, stops and pushers stroke consistently down the line regardless of demand from neighbouring equipment.
Use the GR400 with its 3/8 in port for circuits above the GR300 class; step down to GR200 or GR300 with a 1/4 in port for lighter demand - we will confirm flow against the published curves on request. Set pressure is adjustable within 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). The F1 code on this model selects the square gauge with an MPa scale; the round (C) style and psi or bar scales are the alternates. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as options. J means no bracket is fitted, so order bracket hardware if you need a fixing plate, and pick a K variant if the circuit needs a reverse check valve.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one l/min or SCFM number here. Give us your inlet pressure, set pressure and downstream demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve and sizing for this GR400 3/8 in unit on request before you order.
The gauge letter is a decode choice, not a performance difference. F1 on this model fits the square gauge with an MPa scale; C1 fits the external round gauge. Scale codes are 1 for MPa, 2 for psi and 3 for bar, so a psi-reading round gauge would be C2. The J in both codes simply means no mounting bracket is fitted.
