GR40010JF1 is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator in the GR400 size. It reduces and holds downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply, with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range and a 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet. J means it is supplied without a mounting bracket, and F1 fits the square pressure gauge with an MPa scale. The 10 port position decodes to PT3/8. As a GR unit it is a regulator only: there is no filter bowl, no filtration element and no lubricator in this body.
The GR series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch; PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT are catalogue options to order. Is the AirTAC GR400-10 Pressure Regulator (GR40010JF1) the Right Regulator?

Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
