The AirTAC AirTAC GR600-20 Pressure Regulator (GR60020C1G) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020C1G is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator in the largest size 600 body, with a 3/4 in G (BSPP) parallel thread port for European-style pipework. It reduces compressed-air supply pressure to a stable working setting anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa range, accepts up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet, and carries an external round pressure gauge scaled in MPa for direct reading of the downstream setting.
The GR family spans sizes 200 to 600, with PT and NPT thread options, an embedded square gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales, a low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa and a reverse/check valve version available elsewhere in the range. This is regulation only - no filter element, no bowl. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your duty on request.

| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |

| Pressure gauge | Fitted — round, MPa scale |
| Reflux valve | Not fitted |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Hold a fixed working pressure on 3/4 in G-threaded branch lines serving filler grippers, capper heads and rejection actuators in a bottling plant.
Supply regulated air to service and parking-brake test rigs in a commercial-vehicle workshop, with the pressure set and read at the bench.
Regulate the air feeding gate and diverter-chute cylinders on a concrete batching plant where BSPP pipework is the site standard.
Pick the G thread when your piping standard is BSPP and the 3/4 in port when you are stepping up to main-drop flows in the size 600 body; smaller 200-400 sizes cover 1/8 to 1/2 in lines. Gauge choice is round MPa here (C1) or the bar-scaled C3 round gauge; square embedded gauges exist in other variants. Brackets are optional and the GR also panel-mounts.
Because flow is published as pressure-drop curves rather than one rated number, tell us your application conditions and we will confirm GR60020C1G sizing against the AirTAC datasheet on request before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR600 flow as pressure-drop curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not state one here. Give us your inlet pressure, set pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the flow figures from the AirTAC datasheet on request.
The trailing G in the code specifies a 3/4 in G (BSPP) parallel port - the catalogue thread option for BSPP pipework. The same regulator exists with PT as the standard thread and with NPT, so match the code to your piping system when ordering.
