The AirTAC AirTAC GR600-20 Pressure Regulator (GR60020C3) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020C3 is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator in the largest size 600 body with a 3/4 in PT port. It holds a stable downstream pressure anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa setting range with up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at the inlet, and this variant is fitted with an external round pressure gauge scaled in bar for crews who set and log pressures in bar units.
The GR series runs from size 200 to size 600, so you can scale the 1/8 to 1 in port range to the line, and thread, gauge style, gauge scale, low-pressure type and check-valve options are available across the family. A GR is regulation only - it contains no filter and no drain bowl. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your duty on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Regulate bench and fume-hood utility air in a testing laboratory where instruments and cylinders are rated and read in bar.
Supply set-pressure air to diverter gates, pushers and reject fingers on a food processing and conveyor line from a 3/4 in plant drop.
Feed pneumatic tools, hoists and test fittings in a plant maintenance shop from a regulated 3/4 in drop, with the bar-scale gauge read directly at the wall.
The C3 code is the round gauge with a bar scale; choose it over the C1 MPa version if your maintenance standard works in bar - the regulator itself is otherwise identical, with the same 3/4 in PT port and 0.05-0.9 MPa range. Size 600 is the top flow step in the family; step down to 200-400 bodies for 1/8 to 1/2 in branch lines. PT thread is the standard here, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options, and brackets are optional.
Flow for the GR600 is published only as pressure-drop curves, so before ordering, share your set pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the AirTAC datasheet on request.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
There is no single rated flow figure for this regulator - AirTAC publishes GR600 flow as pressure-drop curves, so we do not quote one number. Provide your line conditions and consumption and we will confirm the flow data from the AirTAC datasheet on request before you order.
Only the gauge scale: C3 carries an external round gauge scaled in bar, while C1 uses the MPa scale. Both are the same size 600 regulator with a 3/4 in PT port, the standard type, and a 0.05-0.9 MPa setting range - pick whichever scale your team reads.
