The AirTAC AirTAC GR600-20 Pressure Regulator (GR60020F3K) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020F3K is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator for compressed air only. It regulates downstream pressure across a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). The 600 size carries a 3/4in PT port for larger plant air lines, and this code adds a K-specified reverse (check) valve plus a square gauge with bar scale. It filters nothing and adds no oil - it does one job: holding a stable, set pressure downstream.
This is a genuine AirTAC part in the 600 size, the largest step in the G series (200/300/400/600). GR regulators offer low pressure loss, an embedded square gauge or an optional external round gauge, MPa/psi/bar scales, optional mounting bracket and panel mounting, and G (BSPP) or NPT thread options on request. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Installed on a 3/4in compressed air distribution branch feeding a production hall, holding a set working pressure for all downstream drops regardless of inlet swings from the compressor room.
Regulating supply pressure to the clutch, counterbalance and clamp circuits of a mechanical press line, with the check valve preventing backflow when the main is shut down.
Setting a stable pressure upstream of the cylinder and valve bank group on a carton-forming and conveyor section, so stroke speed and clamping force stay repeatable shift to shift.
The 600 size with a 3/4in PT port is the step up when your line diameter or air demand outgrows the 200/300/400 units - move up a size rather than starving a large circuit through a small regulator. This configuration includes the square bar-scale gauge; the same unit is available with MPa or psi scales, or with an external round gauge (codes C/F plus scale digit). The K suffix means a reverse/check valve is fitted - choose it when backflow protection on the outlet matters; drop the K if not. The default includes a mounting bracket; J codes omit it.
Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue alternatives when you order. Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated number, so send us your line size and demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and demand, and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for your application before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted in this regulator, blocking backflow through the unit from the outlet side. Codes without K are plain regulators. Choose K where downstream circuits must not push air back toward the supply, for example when sections of a machine are isolated.
