The AirTAC AirTAC GR600-20 Pressure Regulator (GR60020JC1K) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020JC1K is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator for compressed air only. It regulates downstream pressure across a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). The 600 size carries a 3/4in PT port, the K suffix adds a reverse (check) valve against outlet backflow, the C1 suffix selects an external round gauge with MPa scale, and the J means no mounting bracket. It filters nothing and adds no oil.
This is a genuine AirTAC part in the 600 size, the largest step of the G series (200/300/400/600). GR regulators offer low pressure loss, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa/psi/bar scales, panel mounting as well as optional brackets, and G (BSPP) or NPT thread options at order. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so we confirm datasheet figures on request.

| Pressure type | Standard type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — round, MPa scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Regulating the pilot or air-over-oil supply to a hydraulic power unit with an air-charged accumulator, where the check valve stops stored pressure from feeding back when supply is lost.
Setting pressure on a 3/4in take-off feeding the filler, capper and rejection stations of a bottling line, with backflow protection for isolated machine sections during changeover.
Controlling supply to dock leveller and restraint pneumatics on a 3/4in branch, where the reverse valve holds set circuit pressure when the upstream supply is isolated.
Choose the K variant when the outlet side can ever pressurise backward - for example on branched lines or machines with stored-energy circuits - and the plain code where it cannot. The 600 size with 3/4in PT port serves larger headers than the 200/300/400 units. This code pairs the external round MPa gauge (C1) with no bracket (J); pick the same body with a psi or bar scale, with the square gauge, or without a gauge (N) as needed.
PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT are catalogue alternatives to specify at order. Because flow is shown as curves rather than a rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against the datasheet for your demand before you commit.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
Yes - on request. AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not as one rated figure, so we do not state a number on the page. Give us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected demand, and we will confirm the applicable flow figures from the datasheet.
The only difference is the K: this code has a reverse (check) valve fitted so downstream air cannot flow back through the regulator. Function, 3/4in PT port, adjustment range, round MPa gauge and no-bracket configuration are otherwise the same.
