The AirTAC AirTAC GR600-20 Pressure Regulator (GR60020JF1K) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR60020JF1K is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator in the size 600 frame with a PT (standard) 3/4 inch port, adjustment range 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7 to 130 psi) and a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). The K in the code means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure cannot push back through the regulator. JF1 means the embedded square gauge on an MPa scale is included and the mounting bracket is omitted (the J option). This regulator performs regulation only - it does not filter water or particulate and does not lubricate the air.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series regulator line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 inch to 1 inch, square or round gauges on MPa, psi or bar scales, a low-pressure type, the reverse/check valve option fitted here, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads as catalogue alternatives to the standard PT. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your line size before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set on a 3/4 inch regulated drop near the compressor plant, feeding a section of the factory where a stable, reduced pressure is needed and backflow from the served circuits into the regulator must be prevented.
Regulating air to the main cylinder circuit of a small pneumatic press or forming station, where the reverse/check valve keeps stored downstream pressure from surging back into the regulator between strokes.
Feeding a multi-branch machine air manifold on an automated assembly machine, holding one reduced set pressure for all branches while the check valve isolates the regulator from downstream pressure fluctuations.
Choose this size 600, 3/4 inch PT port regulator when your air main or machine supply is 3/4 inch and you also want backflow protection: the K option's reverse/check valve stops downstream pressure from feeding backwards through the unit, which matters on circuits where cylinders or receivers can momentarily sit above set pressure. Smaller frames exist at 400 (1/2 inch), 300 (3/8 inch) and 200 (1/4 inch) if your flow and port are smaller. The square gauge reads in MPa (scale 1); psi (2) and bar (3) scales and a round external gauge are orderable alternatives. J means no bracket is included - order one for pipe-line hanging, or panel-mount the body. Thread is standard PT, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options, and a low-pressure type (L) capped at 0.4 MPa is available. Flow appears only as published curves, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
We do not quote a single rated-flow figure, because AirTAC publishes regulator performance as flow curves rather than one number. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you place the order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream air cannot flow backwards through the regulator when downstream pressure rises above the set point. If you do not need that isolation, the same regulator is available without the K suffix.
