The AirTAC AirTAC GR600-25 Pressure Regulator (GR60025C1) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60025C1 is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator: pressure regulation only, with no filter, no bowl and no lubricator. The decode is size 600 with PT1 (1 in) ports, mounting bracket included, no reverse valve, and a round external gauge with an MPa scale for reading the set pressure directly at the unit. Outlet pressure adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT standard plus G (BSPP) and NPT thread options, and gauge and bracket variants. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so we confirm exact flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Sits at the head of a robot welding cell's air drop, setting the cell-wide supply pressure that feeds grippers, clamps and tool changers, with the MPa gauge readable at the panel.
Regulates the 1-in supply to air-powered tail-lift and tipper rams so lifting speed is repeatable, with the round gauge letting the driver verify the set pressure.
Controls the air feeding a bank of core-pull and ejector valves on an injection moulding machine, keeping actuation pressure stable across the mould cycle.
This is the largest port in the G-series regulator line: size 600 with 1 in PT ports for main machine or cell supply lines; drop to 200/300/400 (or the 20 port) when the line is smaller. The C1 decode gives you the external round gauge on an MPa scale - psi or bar scales are available as codes, and the N variants omit the gauge entirely. Bracket is included and the body is also panel-mountable. PT thread is standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options.
Regulator flow is published only as curves, so send us your required flow and let us confirm the size against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
The catalogue gives regulator flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line flow and working pressure and we will confirm the correct size and the datasheet figures on request.
C1 specifies the external round gauge with an MPa scale; other codes in the series use psi or bar scales, and N-coded models ship with no gauge at all. If your plant reads in psi or bar, ask us to confirm the matching code on request.
