The AirTAC AirTAC GR600-25 Pressure Regulator (GR60025JC1) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR60025JC1 is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator for compressed air only - it regulates downstream pressure and contains no filter, no bowl and no lubricator. It is the 600 size, the largest in the series, with a PT (standard) 1 inch port, a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and an adjustable outlet range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). The JC1 code selects the external round pressure gauge with an MPa scale and omits the mounting bracket, so the unit is supplied for direct or panel mounting. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C.
This is a genuine AirTAC part distributed for the US market. The GR series is offered in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, with catalogue choices for gauge style and scale (MPa, psi or bar), PT, G or NPT threads, low-pressure variants and a check valve option. Regulator flow is published by AirTAC as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm flow or any other datasheet figure against your application before ordering.

| Pressure type | Standard type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — round, MPa scale |
| Reflux valve | Not fitted |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Setting controlled supply pressure on a 1 inch drop feeding pneumatic clamping cylinders on a metal-forming press, read in MPa to match the plant's gauge standard.
Regulating the main air feed to loom and spinning-machine pneumatic jets and cylinders, where one 1 inch regulator serves the complete machine frame.
Supplying regulated air to double-acting actuators on large pneumatic gate valves in a water-treatment plant utility line.
Use the size ladder (200/300/400/600 against 1/8 to 1 inch ports) to match your line; 600 with a 1 inch PT port suits a main header or a heavily supplied section. The JC1 suffix means an external round gauge reading in MPa with no bracket supplied - order the plain code if you need the bracket, or pick C2/C3 scales for psi/bar and F for the embedded square gauge. GR regulators are also panel-mountable.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so we will confirm sizing from the datasheet against your actual demand before you order. PT thread is standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue suffix options.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as one rated figure, so there is no single number to quote. Give us your inlet pressure, target set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the correct size and flow from the datasheet before you order.
The J in JC1 means the mounting bracket is omitted. If you want the bracket, order the code without it; GR regulators are also panel-mountable, which is often preferred on control panels and machine frames.
