The AirTAC AirTAC GR600-25 Pressure Regulator (GR60025JN) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR60025JN is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator supplied without a gauge: it reduces and holds downstream pressure anywhere in a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). It is a regulation-only unit - no filter, no bowl and no drain, and it performs no lubrication. The N code deletes the gauge, which suits circuits where the set point is read elsewhere or set once and locked. This 600-size configuration carries a PT1 in. port and, because there is no J, the mounting bracket is included; the body is also panel-mountable. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series regulator family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in., thread options PT (standard), G (BSPP) and NPT, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales where wanted, a low-pressure type rated up to 0.4 MPa, and an optional reverse/check valve. Regulator flow is published as performance curves rather than a single figure; ask us and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a fixed branch pressure on a drop leg feeding a production cell, with the actual reading taken from the cell's own panel gauge.
Regulate actuating air for dampers and louvres on an industrial air handling skid where the set point is commissioned once and left alone.
Hold constant air pressure on take-up and tensioning cylinders along a long conveyor run, checked from a remote gauge rather than at the unit.
Choose the N version when no local gauge is wanted - pair it with a panel-mounted gauge elsewhere, or pick the square-gauge code if operators set pressure at the unit. Size by port step: 600 is the largest G-series size with a 1 in. port here; go to 400 (1/2 in.), 300 (3/8 or 1/4 in.) or 200 (1/4 or 1/8 in.) only if your flow demand allows. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, send us your demand figures and we will confirm sizing against the application before you order. PT is the standard thread with G and NPT as orderable options, the bracket is included on this code (J deletes it), and the low-pressure L type is available for set points below 0.4 MPa.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR regulator flow as performance curves rather than one rated figure, so there is no single number to quote. Tell us your inlet pressure and downstream demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
The N in this code deletes the gauge entirely; you set pressure with the adjusting screw and read it wherever your circuit has a gauge. If you want a reading at the unit itself, the same 600-size regulator is available with an embedded square gauge (MPa, psi or bar) or an external round gauge - we can confirm the right code on request.
