The AirTAC AirTAC GR600-25 Pressure Regulator (GR60025NK) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR60025NK is a pure air pressure regulator from the G-series: regulation only, with no filter, no drain bowl and no lubricator. This is the largest 600 size with a 1 inch PT port, the standard pressure type, supplied with its mounting bracket and without a pressure gauge, and fitted with the K reverse/check valve so downstream pressure cannot feed back through the unit. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and operating temperature is -20 to 70 C with compressed air as the only medium.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, so the same regulator function exists in smaller ports for lower flows. Optional codes cover G (BSPP) or NPT threads, an embedded square gauge, the L low-pressure type and bracketless builds. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, we will confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Holds a regulated supply to pop-up diverter and pusher cylinders on high-throughput sortation conveyors, with the check valve preventing downstream surges from disturbing the setting.
Mounted inside a control panel as the pressure-setting stage of the air distribution manifold, feeding solenoid valve stacks with a fixed downstream pressure and bracket-mounted to the backplate.
Reduces plant air to the controlled supply pressure that instrument-air and door-seal circuits on lab sterilisation equipment require, with the check valve holding the setting against backflow.
Select this 600 size with a 1 inch PT port for the largest port and highest flow step in the G-series regulator range; the 400, 300 and 200 sizes serve progressively smaller lines. The K in this code adds a reverse/check valve - choose it whenever a falling upstream supply could let downstream pressure push back through the regulator and disturb the setting. The N means no gauge is supplied; order the code without N for the embedded square gauge, or specify the optional external round gauge. The blank bracket position means the mounting bracket is included. Thread: PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options to order.
On flow, AirTAC gives curves, not one rated number, so no figure is quoted here. Give us your line pressure, set pressure and air consumption and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow performance as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no honest one-number answer. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow and sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
K fits a reverse/check valve so downstream pressure cannot flow back through the regulator. That protects your set pressure when upstream supply is switched off or drops, which matters on machines with stored-energy circuits or where backflow would upset other users of the same line.
