The AirTAC AirTAC GR30015-G Air Pressure Regulator, G1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30015-G is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in size 300 with a G1/2 (BSPP) port. It does one job only: reducing and holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply, adjustable across 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This configuration is the standard type, fitted with an external round gauge scaled in psi for a direct local readout, supplied without a mounting bracket, and without a reverse/check valve. As a pure regulator it contains no filter bowl and no lubricator - it is a regulation-only component for lines where filtration and lubrication are handled by other units.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8" to 1", and options include a low-pressure type (adjustment up to 0.4 MPa), a reverse/check valve, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, G or NPT thread variants, and bracket-included or no-bracket builds. GR units are also panel-mountable. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold a steady clamp pressure on the fixture-actuation circuit of a CNC machining cell, with the round psi gauge giving the operator a direct local readout at the machine.
Trim branch-line pressure feeding the cylinders and diverters of a packaging conveyor so sequencing valves see a stable supply across long production runs.
Regulate bench air to laboratory test rigs and coating trials where a repeatable, adjustable setpoint matters and filtration is already handled by a separate upstream unit.
Start with the size and port: GR comes in 200, 300, 400 and 600, each stepping up in port size and flow capacity, so match the 300 / G1/2 combination to your line size and the flow your actuators actually draw. Then set the options the code carries: gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - this unit is psi), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options, and this build is G), bracket (included by default, omitted with J as here), the low-pressure L type if your setpoint stays at or below 0.4 MPa, and the K option if you want a reverse/check valve fitted. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR regulator flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your line size, working pressure and the flow your application needs, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
It is the gauge code: C means an external round gauge is fitted (the embedded square gauge is the standard alternative), and the scale digit 2 means it reads in psi. Scales are also available in MPa (1) or bar (3) - just ask for that variant when ordering.
