The AirTAC Airtac HLSL Precision Slide Table Cylinder HLSL25X100SBS is a genuine HLS slide-table cylinder, 25 mm bore: a double-acting dual-rod air cylinder integrated with a cross-roller guide so the table travels straight with high rigidity and low deflection. It delivers about 378 N of push at 0.5 MPa. This is the symmetrical version. A floating joint spares the rod from side torque; the magnet is fitted as standard.
The HLSL25X100SBS is a symmetrical cross-roller slide table cylinder: an AirTAC double-acting dual-rod cylinder built into a cross-roller linear guide so the table moves in a straight line under load. At 25mm bore and 100mm stroke it is the higher-thrust end of the HLS family, the twin rods keep the moving table square, and the integrated floating joint means the rod takes no side torque from your tooling. The symmetrical body allows mounting from either side, and the cross-roller guide provides high rigidity and low deflection for precise guided travel.
This is a genuine AirTAC part with the position magnet fitted as standard, ready for CMSH, DMSH or EMSH magnetic switches in the body slots. It runs on air filtered to 40 um at a maximum working pressure of 0.7 MPa. The verified thrust, dimensions and allowable load and moment figures for this model are in the on-page specification table and datasheet - we will confirm them on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC HL slide-table data. Max working pressure is 0.7 MPa. The table rides on an integrated linear guide — do not apply strong impact or large moment. Allowable load and moment are published as tables and curves, and overall dimensions vary per stroke — ask us and we confirm from the datasheet.
Bore 25 gives the greatest push in the HLS range - bigger bore means more thrust, doubled again by the dual rods. HLS cross-roller tables suit work needing the highest precision and rigidity; choose HLQ if you need an anti-rust, dust-proof ball-bearing guide, HLH for a miniature roller-ball guide, or HLF for a low-height body. The 100mm stroke is within the bore 25 stroke table, the BS suffix fits shock absorbers on the extension side (adjusters are available on either or both ends), and the 1/8" ports come with PT as standard plus G and NPT options. Load and moment sizing is done from the published tables and curves - send us your application details.
Moves a vacuum or gripper head over a 100mm transfer, with the dual-rod table resisting rotation as parts are lifted and set down.
Rises and retracts to stop and release pallets on a conveyor, absorbing stop shock through the extension-side shock absorbers.
Pushes parts into a nest or fixture at repeatable positions, with the cross-roller guide holding alignment cycle after cycle.
All three fit shock absorbers; only the position differs. B places them on both ends of the stroke, BS on the extension side only, and BF on the retraction side only. BS suits loads that arrive at the table at the start of the stroke, while BF cushions workpieces moving back toward the body.
Allowable load, moment and deflection for the HLSL series are published as tables and curves in the datasheet rather than single general figures. Send us your workpiece mass, its offset from the table centre and your operating speed, and we will confirm the correct values for the 25mm bore from the datasheet.
