The AirTAC Airtac HLSL Precision Slide Table Cylinder HLSL25X125SAF is a genuine HLS slide-table cylinder, 25 mm bore: a double-acting dual-rod air cylinder integrated with a cross-roller guide so the table travels straight with high rigidity and low deflection. It delivers about 378 N of push at 0.5 MPa. This is the symmetrical version. A floating joint spares the rod from side torque; the magnet is fitted as standard.
The HLSL25X125SAF is a symmetrical cross-roller slide table cylinder pairing a 25 mm bore with a 125 mm stroke. Its integrated cross-roller guide delivers straight, rigid table travel with low deflection, the symmetrical body balances the mounting layout, and the dual rods double the thrust of a comparable single-rod cylinder. The floating joint means the rods take no side torque from the mounted tooling.
The AF suffix specifies an adjustable rubber stopper on the retraction side only, so the return end position can be fine-tuned while the extension end cushions on its standard bumper. This is a genuine AirTAC part with the position magnet fitted as standard for CMSH, DMSH or EMSH switches; thrust, dimensions and load or moment ratings come from the on-page table or datasheet, which we confirm on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC HL slide-table data. Max working pressure is 0.7 MPa. The table rides on an integrated linear guide — do not apply strong impact or large moment. Allowable load and moment are published as tables and curves, and overall dimensions vary per stroke — ask us and we confirm from the datasheet.
Choose bore 25 for the higher thrust in the HLSL cross-roller family when a 20 mm bore is marginal; reduce the bore for light loads. The 125 mm stroke is listed in the bore 25 stroke table and other listed strokes order the same way. The SAF variant fits applications where only the home position needs trimming, such as a fixed working stop at extension and an adjustable retraction point. Ports are 1/8 inch PT per the code, with G and T alternatives. Route allowable load, moment and deflection checks to us - they are published as tables and curves and we will size them for your fixture.
Raise or retract a stopper blade on a conveyor with a tuned home position, using the adjustable retraction-side stopper to set exactly where the table parks.
Carry a dispensing or labeling head over the workpiece on a straight, low-deflection path, with a fixed extend position for the process and an adjustable return.
Move parts under a sensor or camera in a compact test rig; the cross-roller guide keeps the payload aligned and the retraction stopper sets a repeatable load point.
Both carry adjustable rubber stoppers, but the A code fits them at both ends of the stroke while AF fits one only on the retraction side, leaving the extension end on the standard bumper. Pick AF when the working position at extension is fixed by tooling but the home position needs trimming, and make sure any shock-absorber requirement uses the B-series codes instead.
Allowable load, moment and kinetic energy are not single universal figures; they are published as tables and deflection curves in the AirTAC datasheet and depend on the payload, its position and the speed. Send us your tooling mass, center of gravity offset and cycle rate and we will confirm the ratings from the published data before you commit. The air side itself is limited to 0.7 MPa maximum working pressure and 500 mm/s.
