The AirTAC Airtac HLSL Precision Slide Table Cylinder HLSL25X150SB is a genuine HLS slide-table cylinder, 25 mm bore: a double-acting dual-rod air cylinder integrated with a cross-roller guide so the table travels straight with high rigidity and low deflection. It delivers about 378 N of push at 0.5 MPa. This is the symmetrical version. A floating joint spares the rod from side torque; the magnet is fitted as standard.
The HLSL25X150SB is a symmetrical cross-roller slide table: a double-acting, dual-rod cylinder integrated with a cross-roller linear guide so the moving table travels straight and with low deflection. Bore 25 with a 150 mm stroke delivers the higher thrust of the HLS bore range, the symmetrical body gives you two workpiece mounting faces, and the floating joint means the rods take no side torque. The B suffix fits shock absorbers on both ends, damping the table at the end of stroke in either direction.
This is a genuine AirTAC part with the magnet fitted as standard, so CMSH, DMSH or EMSH switches can be seated in the magnetic-switch slots on the body. Thrust figures, dimensions and allowable load and moment data appear in the on-page specification table and datasheet; we will confirm any of them for this model on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC HL slide-table data. Max working pressure is 0.7 MPa. The table rides on an integrated linear guide — do not apply strong impact or large moment. Allowable load and moment are published as tables and curves, and overall dimensions vary per stroke — ask us and we confirm from the datasheet.
Choose bore 25 when the load calls for more push than the smaller HLS bores provide; within the family, bigger bore means more thrust. The cross-roller guide is the precision and rigidity choice, and the symmetrical HLSL body eases fixture layout. Check the 150 mm stroke against the bore 25 stroke table. The B adjuster adds shock absorbers at both ends for heavier cycling; the AS and AF suffixes instead give an adjustable rubber stopper on the extension or retraction side, and blank is the basic version. Note that B-type adjusters are not offered on bore 6, but are fine at bore 25. Thread here is PT, with G and NPT variants available. Size load and moment from the published tables and curves or ask us.
Move a compact gripper between positions with the straight, rigid travel of the cross-roller guided table.
shuttle components along a 150 mm stroke between stations, with shock absorbers softening both stroke ends.
Use the both-end shock absorbers to decelerate a table that stops a fixture or part at high cycle rates.
The B suffix fits shock absorbers on both ends of the table, damping the load at the end of stroke in each direction. That suits heavier or faster cycles. If you only need adjustable cushioning on one side, the AS (extension) or AF (retraction) rubber stopper versions are lighter options; blank is the basic cylinder.
The maximum working pressure is 0.7 MPa; never run above it. For bore 25 the operating range is 0.15-0.7 MPa (22-100 psi) on air filtered to 40 um, from -20 to 70 C, with speed set between 50 and 500 mm/s. Allowable load, moment and kinetic energy limits must be confirmed from the datasheet tables and curves.
