The number after the hyphen is the adjustable stroke range. MDJ10X25-20 gives 25 mm of base stroke plus 20 mm you can set, versus the 10 mm of the MDJ10X25-10. All MDJ/MKJ adjustable ranges come in 10, 20 or 30 mm. The 20 mm option helps when the final end position is not yet fixed during machine setup, but for bore 10 double acting the total stroke must stay within the 35 mm table, so check the datasheet dimensions.
