How to choose
Choose the bore for thrust: a 16 mm bore gives about 100.5 N of push and 86.4 N of pull at 0.5 MPa in double acting form. MD allows rod rotation, MK prevents it - stay with MDJ if rotation is acceptable and you need an adjustable stroke. This is the double acting, adjustable-stroke variant: the 45 mm base stroke sits within the bore 16 table limit of 50 mm, and the J adds a 10/20/30 mm adjustable range on top (20 mm here). The S suffix means magnet is included; without S the cylinder has no magnet. Thread is PT by default with G available. Keep the stroke modest for the short covers - an over-long stroke reduces usable mounting; route any side-load question to us.
