Match the bore to the thrust: 25 mm double acting gives 245.4 N theoretical push at 0.5 MPa. Choose MD if rod rotation is acceptable and MK if it must be prevented. Acting options are double, single-push, single-pull, double rod, or adjustable-stroke; this MDJ unit is double acting with a 5 mm base stroke and a 10 mm adjustable range - ideal when the move itself is short and the adjustability covers setup variation.
