Airtac MDJ Adjustable Cylinder MDJ25X60-30

The MDJ25X60-30 is an adjustable-stroke, double acting AirTAC multi-mount cylinder with a 25 mm bore, 60 mm stroke and a 30 mm adjustable range, so one cylinder can cover several stroke settings on a compact machine. Its square body fixes from all 6 directions, letting you mount units side by side to save space, with switch slots around the body and high guide precision. It runs double acting at 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi) on air filtered to 40 um, delivers about 245.4 N of theoretical push thrust at 0.5 MPa, and uses a bumper for cushioning.

This is a genuine AirTAC part from the MD standard series, where rod rotation is permitted; choose the MK no-rotating series if the rod must not turn. The code carries no trailing S, so this SKU is supplied without the magnet, and it uses the default PT thread. Ask us to confirm dimensions and sizing from the datasheet whenever you need them.

At 25 mm bore you get about 245.4 N of theoretical push at 0.5 MPa; step up to 32 mm or down to 20 mm depending on the force you need. Stay in the MD family when rotation is acceptable and move to MK when the rod must be held from turning. This MDJ adjustable-stroke variant adds a 30 mm adjustable range to the 60 mm stroke, useful where the exact stroke is set at commissioning; the 60 mm base stroke is the maximum for this bore, so avoid over-long strokes and run any side-load question past us.
