Airtac MDJ Adjustable Cylinder MDJ32X50-30

The MDJ32X50-30 is a 32 mm bore AirTAC multi-mount cylinder with a 50 mm stroke and a generous 30 mm adjustable-stroke range, ideal when the final working stroke has to be tuned on the machine rather than chosen in advance. The square body fixes from 6 directions and lets you mount several units side by side to save space. As a double acting cylinder it produces up to 402.1 N of theoretical push force at 0.5 MPa, runs at 30-500 mm/s, and is cushioned by a bumper.

This is a genuine AirTAC part from the MD standard family; the MK family is the equivalent with a no-rotating plate if you need to stop the rod turning. This SKU has no magnet suffix, so it is the version without a magnet, and the thread is PT with a G option on request. Magnetic-switch slots around the body and high guide precision (no added lubricant) are built in. We can confirm dimensions and sizing from the datasheet whenever you need them.

The 32 mm bore is the strongest in this series, delivering 402.1 N theoretical push at 0.5 MPa in double acting. The 50 mm base stroke is well inside the 60 mm limit for bore 32, and the 30 mm adjustable range extends the usable stroke on top of that - but remember the short cover design favours compact builds, so avoid an over-long stroke for its own sake. MD allows the rod to rotate; if your application cannot tolerate rotation, select the MK family instead. Magnet: this SKU carries none (no trailing S), while the S variant does.
