The 6 mm bore is built for light-duty work, delivering a theoretical push thrust of 14.1 N at 0.5 MPa (the pull side gives 10.6 N), and the cushion is a bumper. As an MDJ variant, the 5 mm base stroke carries an extra 10 mm adjustable range, so the end position can be fine-tuned in place. The trailing S means a magnet is built into the piston, and magnetic-switch slots around the body let you set sensors without extra brackets.
