About the Airtac P-3V-M Cover Plate P-3V100M-R2
The P-3V100M-R2 is a blank plate kit for the AirTAC 100M manifold that carries 3V100 body valves. The kit contains a blank plate and its fixing screw, and its only job is to close off one station that has no valve fitted. It is not a valve and it does not change the function of any valve already on the base.
The 100M base feeds every station from one 1/4 in common inlet and collects the exhausts, so any station left open would vent that shared supply and drop pressure to the whole bank. Sealing the empty position keeps the base leak-tight until a valve is fitted. One kit covers exactly one station.
