About the Airtac P-ESV Blind Cover P-ESV400M-R2
The P-ESV400M-R2 is a blank plate kit for the AirTAC 400M manifold that carries ESV-line 400-body valves. When a station on the base is not yet used, the open port would vent your supply straight to atmosphere. This plate closes that station so the remaining valves keep working and the bank stays leak-tight. The kit contains the blank plate and its screw, and one kit covers exactly one station.
The plate is a sealing part, not a valve. It does not change how the fitted valves behave, it does not reroute air, and it adds no function - it simply makes an empty station on the ESV400M base airtight.
