The AirTAC SI32AX85S is a discontinued double-acting ISO 15552 profile cylinder with a 32mm bore and 85mm stroke. It delivers 402N push force at 0.5MPa via a G1/8 port. The direct drop-in replacement is the SAI32AX85S, matching the interface, force, and mounting exactly.
The SAI upgrade features a two Y-shaped one-way piston seal for low start-up pressure and long life. This -A variant uses a SUS420J2 stainless rod, and the -S magnet works with legacy CS1-B/DS1-B sensors. For sizing, the safe working load is roughly 241N (60% of 402N), allowing a 20kg vertical lift with a 2:1 margin.
