The AirTAC SI32BX230S is a discontinued double-acting ISO 15552 profile cylinder with a 32mm bore, 230mm stroke, and a SUS304 stainless steel rod. Delivering 402N push force at 0.5MPa, it is replaced by the SAI32BX230S. This drop-in upgrade shares the same G1/8 port, M10x1.25 thread, and mounting interface.
The SAI upgrade features two Y-shaped one-way piston seals for low start-up pressure and long life. For this bore, safe working load is ~241N (60% of 402N) and vertical lift is ~20kg with a 2:1 margin. The -S magnet works with legacy CS1-B/DS1-B sensors, while SAI uses current switches. SAIL/BSAI lock variants are available.
