The AirTAC SI32BX240 is a discontinued double-acting ISO 15552 profile cylinder with a 32mm bore, 240mm stroke, and a SUS304 stainless steel piston rod. Delivering 402N push force at 0.5MPa via a G1/8 port, it is replaced by the SAI32BX240. This drop-in successor matches the exact ISO 15552 mounting interface, stroke, and output force.
The SAI upgrade features two Y-shaped one-way piston seals for low start-up pressure and long life. For this bore, safe working load is roughly 241N (60% of the 402N figure), allowing a 20kg vertical lift with a 2:1 margin. Note this SKU lacks a magnet and cannot take a sensor; the legacy SI -S type used CS1-B/DS1-B switches.
