The AirTAC SI32BX290 is a discontinued double-acting ISO 15552 profile cylinder with a 32mm bore, 290mm stroke, and a SUS304 stainless steel piston rod. Delivering 402N push force at 0.5MPa, it is replaced by the SAI32BX290. This drop-in upgrade matches the exact bore, stroke, G1/8 port, and ISO 15552 mounting interface. The SAI features an upgraded piston seal with two Y-shaped elements for low start-up pressure and long life.
Because this SKU lacks a magnet, it cannot accept a CS1-B/DS1-B sensor. The 12mm rod uses an M10x1.25 thread. For sizing, the safe working load is roughly 241N (60% of the 0.5MPa push force), yielding a 20kg vertical lift capacity with a 2:1 margin. Note that a plain cylinder drifts without live air; use an external rod lock or the SAIL/BSAI lock variant to hold loads.
