It delivers 402N push and 345N pull at 0.5MPa via a G1/8 port. AirTAC replaced this legacy unit with the SAI32BX300S, a true drop-in upgrade sharing the exact ISO 15552 mounting interface, bore, stroke, force and accessories.
The SAI replacement upgrades the piston seal to two Y-shaped one-way elements for lower start-up pressure and longer life. For this bore, the safe working load is roughly 241N (60% of the 0.5MPa push force), translating to a vertical lift capacity of about 20kg with a 2:1 safety margin. The -S magnet supports legacy CS1-B/DS1-B sensors, while the SAI family introduces SAIL, SAIF and BSAI lock variants absent in the SI line.
