The AirTAC SI32BX800 is a discontinued double-acting ISO 15552 profile cylinder featuring a 32mm bore, 800mm stroke, and a SUS304 stainless steel rod. Delivering 402 N of push force at 0.5 MPa via a G1/8 port, it is replaced by the SAI32BX800. This drop-in successor shares identical ISO 15552 mounting dimensions, stroke, and output force, fitting existing fixtures perfectly.
The SAI upgrade introduces a two Y-shaped one-way piston seal for low start-up pressure and long life. For this non-magnet SKU, position sensing is impossible. A computed buyer insight: safe working load is roughly 241 N (60% of the 402 N push force), yielding a 20 kg vertical lift capacity with a 2:1 margin. The SAI family also adds SAIL, SAIF, and BSAI lock variants absent from the SI line.
