The AirTAC SI32BX80S is a discontinued double-acting ISO 15552 profile cylinder with a 32mm bore and 80mm stroke. Delivering 402N push force at 0.5MPa via a G1/8 port, it featured a SUS304 stainless steel rod and a piston magnet for CS1-B/DS1-B sensors. AirTAC replaced it with the SAI32BX80S drop-in.
The SAI32BX80S shares identical ISO 15552 mounting, force, and porting. It upgrades the piston seal to two Y-shaped one-way elements for lower start-up pressure. Your safe working load is roughly 241N (60% of push force), allowing a 20kg vertical lift with a 2:1 margin. For higher heat, Viton H seals raise operating temps to 150C.
