AirTAC replaced this legacy unit with the SAI32BX850, a true drop-in sharing the same ISO 15552 mounting interface, force, G1/8 port, and stroke. The SAI features an upgraded piston seal using two Y-shaped one-way elements for low start-up pressure and long life.
Because this SKU lacks a magnet (-S), it cannot accept a CS1-B or DS1-B sensor. For sizing, the safe working load is roughly 241 N (60% of the 402 N push force), yielding a vertical lift capacity of about 20 kg with a 2:1 margin. The 850 mm stroke exceeds typical compact lengths, so external guides are recommended to prevent rod bending. For load holding on air loss, use an external pilot check valve or the SAIL lock variant, as cushions only decelerate.
