It delivers 402 N push and 345 N pull at 0.5 MPa. The exact drop-in replacement is the SAI32BX900S, which shares the same ISO 15552 mounting interface, G1/8 port, M10x1.25 rod thread and output force. The SAI upgrade features a modernized piston seal with two Y-shaped one-way elements for low start-up pressure and extended life. It also introduces SAIL, SAIF and BSAI lock variants absent from the SI line.

For sizing, a safe working load is roughly 241 N (about 60% of the 402 N push force), translating to a 20 kg vertical lift with a 2:1 safety margin. The original SI-SKU used CS1-B/DS1-B switches, while the SAI uses current AirTAC sensors. If your process requires heat resistance, Viton H seals raise the operating range to 0-150 C.
