The AirTAC SI40X90S is a discontinued double-acting ISO 15552 profile cylinder with a 40 mm bore and 90 mm stroke. It delivers 628 N push force at 0.5 MPa through a G1/4 port. The exact drop-in replacement is the SAI40X90S, retaining the same ISO 15552 mounting interface, bore, stroke, output force, port size and accessories.
The SAI upgrade features a new piston seal with two Y-shaped one-way elements for low start-up pressure and long life. For this bore, a safe working load is roughly 377 N (about 60% of the 628 N figure), equating to a 32 kg vertical lift with a 2:1 margin.
