The AirTAC GC200-06 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1/8 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The GC200-06 is a three-piece AirTAC F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one unit on a shared mounting bracket. This size 200 configuration has 1/8 in PT ports, a 40 um standard filter element with a manual-drain bowl (polycarbonate), a standard regulator adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), a round psi gauge, and a reverse/check valve fitted upstream of the regulator. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is also available in larger sizes (300/400/600) with ports up to 1 in, G (BSPP) and NPT thread options, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), and MPa or bar gauge scales. Flow for this unit is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF200-06 filter, GR200-06 regulator and GL200-06 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds a small workshop press cylinder with cleaned, regulated and lubricated air: the 40 um element sheds water and swarf, the regulator holds the working pressure, and the lubricator mists oil to the valve and cylinder seals.
Mounted at the air drop feeding a carton-sealing or wrapping machine, it conditions the supply before the machine's directional valves, with the check valve holding the setting if line pressure dips and the psi gauge giving operators a visible setpoint.
Installed at a single-operator assembly bench, it supplies screwdrivers, ratchets and small impact tools with filtered, pressure-regulated, oil-misted air, extending tool life and keeping torque behaviour consistent at the set pressure.
Start with the port step: size 200 with 1/8 in PT ports suits compact supply lines, and the same family steps up through sizes 300/400/600 with larger ports if your line needs more capacity - match the size to the flow your circuit actually draws. Choose the drain type for the filter bowl: this unit has a manual drain, which needs someone to bleed the bowl periodically; automatic or differential-pressure drains are available if the unit will be mounted where routine bleeding is impractical. The 40 um standard element covers general air prep; specify the 5 um W grade if downstream equipment needs finer filtration. Gauge scale is psi here; MPa or bar scales can be ordered. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options, and a check valve is already fitted. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-06 regulator with a GF200-06 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as characteristic curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM figure. Send us your line pressure and the demand of the equipment you are feeding, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
This configuration's filter bowl has a manual drain: the collected water must be bled off by hand at intervals, so the unit should be mounted where the drain is reachable. If that does not suit the installation, the GC family is also available with an automatic or a differential-pressure drain - specify the drain code when ordering.
