The AirTAC GC200-06G AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G1/8, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The GC200-06G is an AirTAC three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one set, so one purchase covers filtration, regulation and lubrication. This size-200 unit has a G1/8 port, a manual-drain filter bowl with the standard 40 um element, a low-pressure regulator, a round gauge scaled in psi, and a reverse/check valve fitted. Rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and -5 to 70 C operation (non-freezing), with polycarbonate bowls that let you see condensate and oil level at a glance.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options including manual or automatic drains, a 5 um filter element, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF200-06 filter, GR200-06 regulator and GL200-06 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding looms and spinning frames from a shop-air main: the filter strips water and swarf, the low-pressure regulator holds the supply where the machine wants it, and the lubricator mists oil to the machine's air cylinders.
Supplying a benchtop pneumatic press or clamping fixture: one unit cleans the air, sets the working pressure at the cell and delivers oil mist downstream, with the reverse/check valve holding the set pressure if the main drops.
Feeding the diverters, pushers and gripper cylinders on a packaging conveyor line, where the manual-drain bowl is emptied at shift checks and the round psi gauge gives the operator a visible line-pressure reference.
Pick the size (200/300/400/600) and port (1/8 to 1 inch) to match the air consumption of the downstream circuit - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Drain type is a real choice: this unit is manual-drain (open the drain during service), while automatic drain handles condensate continuously and differential-pressure drain is the series default. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) where finer filtration is needed. Gauge scale is MPa, psi or bar; this unit carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; a mounting bracket is included.
Flow for the GC series is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-06 regulator with a GF200-06 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your air-consumption figures and we will confirm the correct size and port from the datasheet before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual-drain bowl: condensate collects in the bowl and is released by opening the drain when you service the unit. If the unit will sit where regular access is difficult, order the automatic-drain version instead - drain type is a decodable option across the GC series.
